Return & Refund Policy

Renaid Solutions LLP (“Renaid”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and digital services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. No Return Policy

Since our products and services are digital and subscription-based in nature, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once access to the Services is granted, the transaction is considered final.


2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Renaid Solutions LLP are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees

  • Setup or onboarding fees

  • License fees

  • Usage-based charges

  • Add-on services

No refunds will be issued after payment, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or early termination.


3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

  • Cancellation will stop future billing

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for the current billing period

Access will continue until the end of the active subscription term.


4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • Required by applicable law, or

  • A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error

Any such requests must be submitted to INFO@renaid.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Approval of exceptions is solely at the discretion of Renaid Solutions LLP.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
